A Metre of Air is a new documentary about Lucy Adams by Andy Evans, released yesterday on International Women’s Day by Vague. Lucy was the first woman to turn pro in the UK and has contributed a lot to UK skateboarding over the years, most recently working with Skateboard England on the Olympics among many other projects. She has done a huge amount to encourage and inspire women and girls to take up and stick with skateboarding, especially in recent years.
There is a lots of amazing archival footage throughout and the film ends with a full brand new 3-minute part filmed by Andy Evans.
